  • When we contact you for an event do we need to help you setup and dismantle the racetrack?
    Absolutely not! Our own professional Pit Crew will attend to all matters and details pertaining to the complete set-up and dismantling of our "Burning Asphalt Racetracks" interactive experience.
  • Do we need to have someone there to help operate the track?
    No. Not at all. Our professional Pit Crew will operate every detail of our racetrack.
  • What kind of electricity is needed to run the racetrack?
    Common 110 power/20 amps is all that is necessary for efficient operation of our setup. We can plug directly into any outlet or be hardwired in.
  • Can your electric be generator produced?
    Yes. We prefer a 4000 watt/30 amp generator, however, a smaller generator will be sufficient. Please let us know if your situation will require generator power.
  • How much space is needed for the racetrack setup?
    With our "Standard Promotion" a 20' by 30' is ideal for an indoor event. However, size can vary based on your space requirements. In an outdoor environment, our tents utilize a 20' by 30' area. In most cases, we will run our electronics from our custom built trailers which should be located in close proximity to the racetrack. We have great flexibility in our layouts, and our Logistics Department will be more than happy to discuss this with you to meet your particular space requirements.
  • Up to how many cars can be run on your racetrack at one time? 
    We are capable of running up to eight cars at a time. However, we have found that four cars at one time is ideal. Your participants will experience more laps per race which will result in a more exciting interactive experience.
  • How long are the races?
    We have found that the ideal racing time is two minutes. However, we can set a specific length of time based on your needs.
  • Are there sound effects with the races?
    Yes. Our professionally produced sound effects and our high-end audio systems bring a sense of realism to our interactive racing experience.
  • What size are the stock cars that run on your track?
    These wide-body indestructible 1/10th scale cars measure 20 inches long by 9 inches wide.
  • How fast will the cars travel on your racetrack?
    Our replica Winston Cup stock cars will travel in excess of 200 MPH to scale.
  • Are stock cars the only type of vehicles that run on your racetrack?
    No. Besides replica Winston Cup stock cars we offer replica Winston Cup trucks, Legends cars, Hot Rods and Indy-style cars. If you would like a particular type of vehicle for your next event, please let us know so that we may have an opportunity to custom build the car of your choice.
  • How many different types of track layouts do you have to offer?
    We offer a total of nine different track designs. They range from a short-track replica of Bristol Motor Speedway to a superspeedway such as Talladega. Our most action-packed racing is found on our high-banked, short-track replica of Bristol Motor Speedway.
  • Will you travel anywhere to do an event?
    Yes. Our late model trucks and custom built trailers are built to travel cross-country. We are capable of serving you both regionally and nationally.
  • Do you have a minimum amount of events that we must do with "Burning Asphalt Racetracks" per year?
    No. Not at all. Our company can provide you with a single event or a fully-serviced National Tour.
  • Can the cars and track be customized for our company's event?
    Yes. There are several options available to promote your company's name on the cars, track and tent. We can customize one car or all cars with your company logo, product or service. The track and the tent can also be company branded.
  • How much does it cost for you to do an event or promotion for our company?
    There are several factors involved in quoting you the best possible price for your event or promotion. Our professional staff will take in account the following: The date of the event, how many days the event will take place, how many hours of racing time are requested and the location of the event. We will gladly furnish you a price quote based on this information.
  • Do you have experience in events and promotions for major corporations?
    We have 22 years of experience in doing business with major corporations. We are members of and work closely with several Chambers of Commerce as well as many other organizations. References will gladly be furnished upon request.
  • Can we expect your staff to be in uniform?
    Yes. Included in every event are our fully trained, uniformed Pit Crew members. In some instances, our clients will request that we wear their company logos. We are always happy to conform to your requirements. Our marketing department will also assist in designing a uniform that will convey the greatest impact on your market.
  • How do you keep informed of the quality that your racetracks are providing your clients with?
    Every event that "Burning Asphalt Racetracks" appears at, a "Customer Quality Control Form" is mailed to the client. At our client's convenience, we ask that the form be filled out and returned to us for review.
  • Does your company offer other types of rental games or attractions?
    No. "Burning Asphalt Racetracks" specializes in radio-controlled racing interactive experiences only. We strongly believe that by offering our unique racing program only, we can put forth a more responsive and more effective operation than a fully diversified rental company that handles everything from bounce houses to rides.
